The microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91 magnesium alloy before and after die forging were investigated by metallographic analysis,tensile test and SEM analysis.The results show that the fine grains in the forged AZ91 magnesium alloy can be observed and the shrinkage defect improves,the mechanical properties of die forged AZ91 alloy greatly enhanced.
